My journey towards better health and well-being has been a long one, with lots of hurdles, and realisations along the way. I believe health and well-being to be the most important aspect of life, if we don’t feel well in ourselves how can we possibly enjoy this beautiful planet we live on. From healthy eating, going vegan, personal journeys, mindfulness and yoga, everyone can learn to put themselves first a little more sometimes and not forget the importance of looking after ourselves, spirit, body and mind.
